Great! We want you too! We only have one criteria: That your business/product range/menu is entirely vegan or plant based ie you don't use or sell animal products ever, like ever! Animal products include meat, dairy, eggs, honey, fur and wool. Animal testing is also included in this. You can apply for SVM and SVM Nights in the Stall Holder section of the website.

+ How much does it cost to have a stall at SVM/Sydney Vegan Nights?

We are committed to SVM and SVN being a place where small vegan businesses can thrive and promise to maintain our integrity and passion as we grow and show Sydney how it's done.

Standard stalls are 3mx3m. Food trucks are 6mx6m.

+ What do I need to bring with me to trade at SVM and Sydney Vegan Nights?

All stalls must bring all the equipment needed to trade in an outdoor setting ie tables, tent, 4 x 10kg weights, displays etc.

Food stalls also need to adhere to all requirements of the Food Safety Act and the Food Authority.

Please note that SVM and SVM Nights are plastic free events and all plates, utensils, cups, straws, serving trays etc must be compostable.

+ What documents do I need?

All stalls need:

• Public/Product Liability insurance up to $20mil

If you're a food or beverage seller you'll also need:

• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (fresh food prepared on-site)
• Temporary Food Permit from the council where the market is located

+ How many servings should I bring?

This one is always hard to forecast! If you have the production capacity, we recommend that you bring 200-300 serves.

+ What happens if I don't get in?

Our market is curated so that your business stands out from the crowd and so that our customers can see a wide range of products. This means that we have limited numbers in each category. If you don't get in one month, try again! We want to continue to invigorate and will invite new busineses to trade at every market.

+ I'd like my brand to be promoted on your social media accounts, how do I make that happen?

Whether you have a stall at the market or not, you can purchase either our Duck or Duckling digital promo options! Don't forget that for us to promote you, your business must be 100% vegan.

+ I'd like to visit SVM, what is the address and how do I get there?

Sydney Vegan Market is usually held on the 3rd sunday of the month at The Entertainment Quarter, 122 Lang Rd Moore Park. You can find us under the Show Ring canopy and close by.

+ Is there parking?

There sure is! And the first 2 hours are free!

+ How close is the venue to public transport?

It's a five minute walk from the light rail and buses on Anzac Parade!

+ Are there ATM's?

Yep, near the parking station. Most vendors have EFTPOS facilities and contactless payment is encouraged.

+ Can I bring my dog/kids?

YES! Please do! In fact, if you don't we will all have feelings and you'll have to go home and get them.

+ What should I bring?

There are a couple of things that will make your stay at SVM that much better. Your own cup/container/water bottle/shopping bags, sunscreen, hat, picnic rug, a willingness to be introduced to the wonders of cruelty free living and an empty tummy!

+ What about COVID-19?

Vegan NSW always follows the Public Health Orders. We really appreciate your cooperation with this as we can't afford the fine for non-compliance!
